in order to optimise buying and consumption habits.

or linked to your online account (relevant, additional subscriptions required).

Our cellar management service also turns the art of collecting into a fully interactive experience by
providing you an iPad/iPhone compatible App option that details exactly what you have and where you have it.
This allows you to make more informed buying, selling and consumption decisions – whenever you want and wherever you are.
Costing and Timing
A number of criteria are involved in calculating how long a project can take to complete and how many wine
professionals are needed to complete the inventory process in a timely manner. For example, if the collection
consists of a large number of single bottles, as opposed to complete cases, additional time will be required to
catalogue and organise the cellar.
We use a daily, per person rate based on the geographic location of the collection(s). Below are the daily
rates and approximate costs based on average collection sizes and locations. Please note that the optional items
such as printers and scanners would be billed at cost.
| Cellar Size (bottles) | Number of Staff | Estimated Time Required |
| <600 | 1 | 1-2 days |
| 600-1200 | 1 | 2-3 days |
| 1200-2400 | 1-2 | 5-7 days |
| 2400-5000 | 2 | 8-10 days |
| 5000+ | 2-3 | Calculated per project |

IV. Portfolio Advice »
Once you have an accurate, online list in the proprietary cellar management system, we can
then perform a full analysis of your collection.
Consumption/Ageing
For each wine in the collection, we will advise you on which wines you should lay-down for additional years
and which you should consume in the near term. We will also make recommendations on what wines to either
sell or purchase in order to create a collection that is both balanced and in line with your personal preferences and requirements.
We base our recommendations on industry standards, professional reviews and our own, extensive expertise.
Valuation
For each wine, we will provide a current, average market value using retail, trading and auction data culled
from reliable resources such as Liv-Ex, Wine-Searcher and appropriate auctions. Where no current market data
is accessible, we will use historical data if available.
If you have your purchase price information, we can also incorporate this data to show you the current gain/loss per bottle.
Costing
£40/€45/$50 per hour
Estimated time to complete is based on the number of unique wines (vintage/wine/size) in the collection, not
the total, individual bottle count.
Minimum charge of £500/€500/$500.
