While we can store your wines for you, we can also
care-take your existing cellar in situ. This will maximise your enjoyment
of your wine interests while removing from your shoulders the burden of expert
cellar management.
Our cellar management services
These range from simple list-based evaluation and reporting to more sophisticated
services such as racking and re-organising your cellar—in some cases, even
re-building it. When our work is complete, you will receive our full report in
an elegant leather-bound picture book, as well as in electronic format. Our

particularly with regard to temperature and humidity
- Full appraisal of your wines, checking and noting individual appearance and
condition
- Recommendations as to maturity and drinkability
